1st Stripe - Basics & Kicks Blue Belt: Blocks & Strikes: Ridge Hand and Knife Hand Low Block ( Proper hand position for each chamber) Low X Block (Correct hand on top) Upward Elbow (Correct part of the elbow making contact and chamber) Side High Low Block (Proper Chamber and proper finish - hands rotated during the block) Tension Moves are 5 seconds Long Kicks: Hook Kick, Round Kick (Pivot, Proper chamber each kick - No knee movement between kicks - No falling out of the kick) Jump Front Kick (Jump with both feet at the same time - front kick lands on a single leg) 2nd Stripe: Blue Belt Form

4th Stripe: Board Breaks
Blue Belt Board Breaks are a Knee - Jump Front Kick - Hook Kick. Board Breaks must be performed with the left and right hand, using a sparring boot for the Jump Front Kick only. Students have 3 opportunities to break the board per hand.
