Left Side of Belt - Green Belt Stripes1st Stripe: Basic & Kicks Blocks & Strikes: Inner Forearm Block (Proper chamber and rotation so as to be circular in motion) Twin Inner Forearm Block (Palms outward for chamber - Inline with shoulders when blocking) Kicks: Reverse Side Kick (Move feet to closed stance - turn feet as much as needed to see the target clearly) Round Kick (Practice landing in a closed stance - turn feet as much as needed to see the target clearly) Stances: Sparring Stance (Like a middle stance, but feet are at an angle toward the direction you are going \ \ ) Primary Goals for Intermediate Level - Focus on stances - Energy & intensity - Spotting- landing g feet together 2nd Stripe: Green Belt Form

Green Belt Board Breaks are a #2 Side Kick or Reverse Side Kick. Board Breaks must be done with the left and right foot with no sparring boot on. Students have 3 opportunities to break the board per hand.
