1st Stripe - Basics & Kicks Yellow Belt: Blocks & Strikes: Knife Hand Strike (Palm to ear - fingers tight together) Back Fist (Chambered at the ear - palm outward before the strike) Outer Forearm Block (Blocking Hand in line with the shoulder) Double Outer Forearm Block. (Stomach hand is Home Positions Palm Up) Kicks: Round Kick (Knee pointed at target - re-chamber - body posture - pivot - #2 setting down in back) Stances: Back Stances(Heels in line making and L shape with 70% of the weight on the rear leg) Belt Tying (Single Wraps Only - Students must be able to tie their belt properly with stripes on the correct side. There are videos in The Academy to work on this part of the students stripe test. 2nd Stripe: Yellow Belt Form

4th Stripe: Board Breaks
Yellow Belt Board Breaks are a Front Punch (Reverse Punch) Board Breaks must be done with the left and right hand with a sparring glove on. Students have 3 opportunities to break the board per hand.
